Community and Special Care Dentistry (STH)

Community and Special Care Dentistry is an NHS service run by Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, with its clinic at Wordsworth Avenue, Sheffield, also known as Wheata Place Dental Clinic.

The consultant-led service provides oral health assessment and treatment for patients who meet its acceptance criteria, including special care and community paediatric dentistry, delivered by dentists, specialist nurses and hygiene therapy staff across primary care clinics.
